The Morals of Murals

Returning from my detour and back on the grant funding highway, The Kindling Fund presents The Portland Mural Initiative: out to bring contemporary art to Portland's streets. The Initiative's work is generally inoffensive, and I want more controversy in Portland's Public Art.
